My values, in this order:

  1. Non-violence
    • a/k/a, cooperation, ahimsa, "harm none", love
  2. Economic and Environmental Sustainability
  3. Democracy / Self-government / Egalitarianism
  4. Individual rights of life and liberty
    • Freedom to move about
    • Freedom to be able to make friendly contracts at large and in public
    • Freedom to decide for myself who I am, freedom to name myself, to define myself,
    • Freedom to explore my own unique path, to seek the divine in my own way, to follow my own inner moral compass
    • ...so long as I do not hurt another conscious person (a living creature with a beating heart, eyes, and a brain). See value #1.

Areas of my work:

  • NVC diagram

Professional computer programmer (15 years), specializing in Unix, Perl, and Internet Protocol networking applications

  • Writer, Radio + Television Producer

  • Healing from my own suffering, spiritual practice, dharma studies
  • I no longer consider myself an activist. Creating my Mind-Model diagrams helped me see that we activists get ourselves into a "craving/aversion" affect which is the root cause of all violence and suffering in the world, i.e., we unconsciously are causing that which we are fighting against!

Current Active Projects:

  • Trying to get http://o2etv.org/3904418494_b98d6fc979_o.pngO2E-TV off the ground!

  • d/b/a/ Dirt-Cheap Web Design 607 : Getting back into doing some web-design, hosting, and consulting work,  Here is my latest project I did for my friend Justin Kovac: http://justinkovac.com . I am beginning to do more with CSS stylesheets for more interesting visual effects than is possible with straight HTML. I use primarily open-source tools, and design according to web standards. (Flash is a propritary format, and therefore not an open standard). Here's my rant: Anyone can design a site with D*eamweaver or Fro*page, but most of these sites I've looked at SUCK in terms of useability, accessibility, indexability / searchability, interoperability, and maintainability. If you want a quality website coded according to standards for maximum useability, contact me! PS: Anyone who claims to be able to guarantee Google Page Rank is either a) liar, or b) is confused about the facts. Sorry, I know that sounds harsh :) I'm just saying, spend your money wisely people!

My videos on YouTube:

I am presently seeking donations which would allow me to upgrade my video camera. The ideal camera costs about $6000, but no donation is too small. Larger donations would allow me to acquire audio equipment or a video switcher. If you need to make a tax-deductable donation, please contact me first.
